FITNESS: How To Get Slim Thighs And Hips Fast


It needs lots of hard work and lots of determination to lose weight and get slim, tight and toned legs specially, thigh and before you start that you need to try a thigh test, before you set about trying to slim thighs you just need to see whether you have big thigh muscles or a lot of thigh fat so that you can work on right way. Straighten your leg and then tighten your thigh muscles and pinch the top layer of fat and skin of the thigh, if you can get lots of flash in your pinch then it is then fat is making your thighs big and then there would be some cellulite too, but if you have slimmer pinch then it is large thigh muscles that are making your legs big and here are some simple tricks to get slim thighs.


How To Get Slim Thighs And Hips Fast
1- Avoid exercises such as squats cause they will not only increase the size of your thighs, but will make your muscles look and get bigger, all kind of squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged dead lifts, leg extensions and calf raises are bad for your thighs, especially if you are using heavy weights with less reps, running and steppers are actually good if you are using the right intensity and these promote the target thigh muscles and can make them smaller with passage of time, but they will make you big and then will reduce the size.

2- Cardiovascular exercise are great to slim down the thighs, your main target is to burn off all the fat, without getting the muscles fat and to achieve this you need to avoid working the thigh muscles more than necessary, you should run on the ground and if you are using cardio equipment, you need to keep the resistance low.

3- You need to give more time to the cardio exercise instead of more intensity, to get slimmer and the result would be you build stronger muscle without building big thigh muscles and will burn fat, normally we recommend girls to carry some kind of dumbbells with you, but if you don’t have time to run for more than 30 minutes then walk faster and then run for 5 minutes and then slowdown and walk with full intensity, you will see that your walk will lose your weight with more rapidly than running.

4- Resistance training for too much fat, I never ever recommend weight training to fat girls, they should reduce the fat percentage and when they get the actual idea for muscles you can start weight training, normally I suggest resistant training for girls as it is the best way to reduce the weight and fat level, but if you really have to use weights then use smaller weight and go for more rips.

5- Patience is the most important thing when you start losing weight, you need to give it some time, you need to stay on track and you need to give your body some time and eat healthy and keep determined.
