FITNESS: Smoothie For Those Who Can’t Wait To Lose Pounds


This smoothie recipe will shape your figure, it will burn calories and keep your hunger under control.

Strawberries are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and fiber and will give you a feeling of fullness throughout the day. They are low in calories and contain ellagic acid and anthocyanins which aid the weight loss process.


Ginger and Apple Cider Vinegar are among the most powerful ingredients for healthy and effective weight loss. Combined together they function as fat-burning agents, melt pounds and boost metabolism. This will help you flush out toxins as well which in turn is helpful if you have cellulite problem for a longer time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup strawberries
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation:

Grate the ginger and add the apple cider vinegar. Let this mixture stay for 10 minutes. Put it in a blender together with strawberries and water. Blend for several seconds until you get the desired thickness. This is a powerful and delicious weight loss recipe and it should be consumed at least once a day, usually in the morning or as a late light dinner instead of a heavy meal.
