Charles Okah,the alleged mastermind behind the October first bomb blasting in Abuja in 2010 was suppose to face trial in court yesterday,he did not show up because he was reported to be recuperating in the hospital after undergoing anus surgery.
This made the judge suspends his case till march.“In view of the absence of the accused who had undergone a medical surgery in the National Hospital, Abuja, the trial shall be suspended till March 10 at 11:30am,” Justice Gabriel Kolawole ruled.
Don’t you think they are taking too much time on this man’s case?
