Nigeria’s Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, covered her hair as she signed a bilateral agreement with Qatar’s Minister of Finance, Ali Shareef Al Emadi, today February 28th. The bilateral agreement was on Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes Income Doha, Qatar. Behind both Ministers are President Buhari and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hammad Al-Thani.
