Gists: Art Lovers At The Hypnagogia Exhibition By Abba Makama

Hypnagogia Exhibition by Abba Makama held a couple of days on Sunday 28th February at IAMISIGO showroom Victoria Island in Lagos.The event, sponsored by Absolut, was well-attended by art lovers and creatives.
The exhibition was open for 5 hours and consisted of acrylic paintings on canvas alongside a video representation of the work inspired by walking hallucinations and sleep paralysis.

The artist, Abba T Makama, is a creative director, visual artist and filmmaker born and raised in Jos Plateau state. Interestingly, he has been listed by Ventures Africa as one of the 15 African creative’s to watch out for in 2016.
