Gists: "I Sell Weed Because I Have To Take Care Of My 23 Children And 5 wives" – Arrested Fake Policeman

A 64 year old man, George Oliseh, was arrested in Ogun State for disguising himself as a Superintendent of Police and being in possession of 10 bags of Cannabis.
                                           

He was arrested alongside his brother-in-law, Isaac Ishicheli. Oliseh said it was poverty and frustration that forced him into it, because he had to take care of his 23 children and 5 wives....
