Food: Vanilla Coconut Chia Bowl

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Top with melted dark chocolate, some nuts and berries for a filling breakfast.
