FITNESS: 7 Ideal drinks for burning calories


If you have decided to lose weight, it is better to drink certain drinks which can speed up the process of burning fat and can help you lose weight. These drinks contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and fiber which make your skin healthy and beautiful.


1. Detoxification juices
Detoxification juices are an alley in the fight against excess weight. They consist of fruit, vegetables or a combination of the two. The citrus fruit have powerful detoxifying abilities, and that is why you should add it in the detoxification juices. Some other important ingredients that you can add are: ginger, carrots and apples. They are rich in fiber and antioxidants, and are recommended because they quicken the digestion. These kinds of drinks have double effect – they help you to free from the toxins and chemicals.

2. Vegetable juices
The best vegetable juice is the one containing some of these vegetables: cabbage, broccoli, kale, cauliflower and collard greens. 4. Milk cocktail of peaches
Peaches contain almost 90% water, they have a lot of vitamins and minerals such as: calcium, iron and potassium. They stimulate the metabolism and cleanse the body.

5. Black coffee
The black coffee contains antioxidants that fight against free radicals and reduce the risk of certain cancers. The caffeine is ideal for stimulating the metabolism and for calorie consumption. But what is more important is that you have to drink the black coffee without milk and sugar if you want to lose weight.

6. Drink of strawberries
Strawberries are rich in minerals and vitamins A, B, C, and E. They contain water and are full with fiber. This drink will create you a feeling of satiety.

7. Yogurt with cucumber
It is easily digested, it strengthens the immunity, cleanses the body of toxins and improves the metabolism. To prepare this you will need 125 grams of yogurt, one grated cucumber and two spoons of mint.
