Grate the ginger and chop the mint leaves. Put the water in a pan until it boils and add the ginger and the mint, as well as the cloves and cinnamon. Boil for 5 minutes and put it aside for another 5 minutes . Let this cool. Strain the mixture and squeeze the lemons into the drink. Add honey if you like to sweeten up the drink. Enjoy this incredibly refreshing and energy boosting weight loss drink. You can put the drink in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge. The amount is enough for one day, repeat the procedure the next few days until you notice some visible results.
